I know I know!!! It's been awhile since I've posted. Sorry...been a slacker in the Essential Oils department. But...I have found a DIY that has been fabulous this summer! I can't take credit for the recipe, but I can definitely share! This is a DIY Recipe from One Essential Community. I love their blog and I am always finding good DIYs there. Check it out for yourself! http://oneessentialcommunity.com/
Here is the Recipe for this particular DIY.
2 tablespoons witch hazel
1/4 cup aloe vera
1/2 teaspoon vitamin e
2 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil
10 drops lavender essential oil
2 drops peppermint essential oil (substitute spearmint for use on and around kids under 6)
All you need to do is combine all of these ingredients in a 4 oz Spray Bottle and Voila! You have a wonderful spray for a sunburn or if you just want to extend that nice tan you got!
